If you have concerns about the quality or safety of services provided by a registered NDIS provider, you have the right to make a complaint. 
You can raise your concerns directly with us, or if you prefer, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Commission is an independent body responsible for ensuring NDIS providers meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
